Flexco^® Size XP5-L

Designed for use with solid woven PVG/PVC belting, the XP5-L staple fastener is similar to the XP5, but with longer staples. Ideal for thicker belts with a belt tension rating up to 1150 PIW (belt strength rating up to 2000 kN/m).

• Design: Hinged; staple fastener strip with large loop area
• Belt Thickness after skive: 7/16”-9/16” (11 mm-14 mm)
• Minimum Pulley Diameter: 14” (350 mm)
• Hinge Pin Size: 5/16” (8.1 mm)
• Maximum PIW: ​1150 (Belt strength rating up to 2000 kN/m)
