EZS2 High-Temp

The EZS2 High-Temp works in temperatures up to 275°F (135°C) with spikes up to 325°F (164°C). Silicone is used in the patented FormFlex™ cushion which, along with blade shields, provides higher temperature resistance.

Commonly used in applications such as cement and asphalt.

• Temperature Rating: Up to 400°F (204°C) with spikes to 450°F (232°C)
• Usable Blade Wear Length: 3/8" (9 mm)
• Blade Material: Impact Resistant Tungsten Carbide (works with mechanical fasteners)
• Pole Diameter: 2-3/8" (60 mm)
• Available for Belt Widths: 18" to 72" (450 to 1800 mm)

Installation

• Pole Length: Blade width + 34" (850 mm). For longer requirements, see Pole Extenders under Belt Cleaner Accessories.
• Horizontal clearance required: 4" (100 mm)
• Vertical clearance required: 8-1/2" - 9-1/2" (213 - 238 mm)
