The PTEZ™ Belt Trainer provides Flexco yet another high-performance tracking idler at an economical price point for belts from 42" to 84" (1050 to 2100 mm) wide.

  • Maximum Belt Speed: 1000 fpm (5 m/sec)
  • Temperature Rating: -20° F to 180° F (-30° C to 71° C)
  • Belt Direction: One-Way or Reversing
  • Maximum Belt Tension: 2400 PIW (420 N/mm)
  • Roller Material: 70 durometer polyurethane
  • Belt Widths: 42" to 84" (1050 to 2100 mm)

Installation

  • Mounting Adjustability:
    • Horizontal: Belt width +9" to 15" (229 to 381 mm)
    • Vertical: 4-3/4" (120 mm)
  • Can be installed on clean side of return belt if belt is cupped
